Problem with indirect control using firmware 3.2.5.0 [rev1]

Post by skagmo »

Hi.

I have a firmware issue with the newer 3-module 3.2.5.x relay.

I have added a simple instruction to turn off a relay channel with a time delay, triggered by a status message reporting that the same relay channel has been turned on. In other words, the channel will turn off with a time delay after being turned on. This never happens.

I'm running firmware 3.2.5.0 [rev1]. The same setup (just with the address changed in the message criteria) works perfectly in a UNIV 3.2.1.x device with firmware 3.2.1.0 [rev1].

Hi,
I will have a look at it on weekend.
Can you see this trigger message in HAPCAN Programmer Monitor?

I can see where the problem is. The UNIV 3.2.5.0 firmware is missing these lines: https://github.com/hapcan/UNIV_3.2.1.x/ ... 3.asm#L733

I will correct this on weekend.
Thanks for that.

The new UNIV 3.2.5.0-rev2 firmware is available at website now (http://hapcan.com/devices/universal/uni ... /index.htm). Sorry, I haven't tested it. Can you check if everything is alright, please?

Got to test it quickly now. It seems to work and it responds to its own messages, so the issue is resolved. Thanks!
