Button - canbus flood problem

Hi,
I have built button hardware, CPU was programmed with bootloader. But after uploading firmware via HAPCAN Programmer,
button hardware started to generate flood of release button messages. Screenshot of end of uploading firmware and start of flood in monitor attached.
Any hint ?

I would check soldering especially resistor R27.

Hi Jacek,
thank you for response, I have found, that my PIC programmer (openprog) is unable to programm config. words, so default is used.
