HAPCAN in POE (Power-over-ethernet) environment

Hello,
I'm new to the forum and thought I'd explain my project to seek some much-required technical help from all of you.
I'm also new to HAPCAN and soldering (so I also posted some other topics in the technical group)
I ordered the PCBs and components separately to see - if/where I could already use the RJ45 pins to my desired POE outcome. but this seems a long road. and I will build separate modules first (the so-called PD POE). (powered device side)
The CAN High and CAN Low will be my signalling (just like the ethernet - IP)
The CAN GND and CAN VCC I will get after a DC-2-DC convertor
Condition 1: I will come in with only 1 UTP cable from a PSE POE.
Condition 2: I need to develop a CAN hub
Condition 3: I don't want IP - IOT because I want cheaper more energy efficient, less Big Brother-risk - did I mention CE ? - product.
Condition 4: well yes, we do want to go out via 1 secure ! port and have control remotely
Technical question;
- will that be an ETHERCAN/ETHERHAPCAN/TIBBO equivalent ?
- Does the RS232C offer more functionality than ETH ?
My topic question is: does anyone have comments, experience, ideas, joined adventure offerings ?
I'm sorry but I didn't read through all the articles here in the forum and I would need to set my google translator for the Polish.
Also, I got an error, thinking my text was too long so in pdf you find the original text.
Thanks in advance,
Claude
